# My Submissions

> Track every application you have submitted across all servers.

My Submissions lists every application you have sent across all Technified servers. Use it to follow each one and read the response staff gave you.

## Open the page

    Click **My Submissions** in the sidebar.

<Tip>
  Add `?guild=<server_id>` to the URL to filter the list to a single server.

## What you see

A row of stat cards summarises your totals: Total, Pending, Approved, and Rejected.

Each submission is a card showing the form title, a status badge, the server name, the submitted and reviewed dates, the reviewer, and any review notes (on approval) or rejection reason (on rejection). A **View Server** button opens that server's public page.

## Statuses

| Status       | Meaning                             |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------- |
| Pending      | Not picked up by a reviewer yet     |
| Under Review | A staff member is looking at it     |
| Approved     | Accepted, any auto-actions have run |
| Rejected     | Declined, see the rejection reason  |

## Tips

* If a submission stays Pending a long time, check that the server still has the form active.
* Approvals and rejections cannot be appealed from this page. Use [My Appeals](/account-manager/appeals) instead.
* This page always shows submissions across every server, so there is nothing to switch between.
