Tickets let members open a private support channel directly from Discord. Each ticket gets its own channel with the right permissions, so only the user and your staff can see it. Open Management > Tickets in the sidebar.

How it works

1

Create a panel

Build a ticket panel in the dashboard.
2

Deploy it

Send the panel to a Discord channel.
3

Users open tickets

A member clicks the button, and a private channel is created with your staff roles added.
4

Resolve and close

Staff respond, then close the ticket when it is done.
The page has three tabs, Panels, Multi-Panels, and Tickets, plus stats for panels, active panels, open tickets, and total tickets.
For staff to see and answer tickets, their staff role needs the Tickets permission (read or write) in Staff Roles. Every staff role with that permission is added to each new ticket channel automatically.
Each server can have up to 10 panels and 10 multi-panels. See Limits for all creation limits.

Panels

A panel is a message with an embed and a button. Each panel is one ticket category, like “General Support” or “Bug Reports”. The builder shows a live Discord embed preview beside the form.

Naming format supports {number}, {username}, and {userid}. For example, ticket-{number} becomes ticket-42.

Deploy a panel

1

Deploy

Click the deploy icon on the panel card.
2

Pick a channel

Choose a text channel and confirm.
Editing a panel applies to new tickets only. Redeploy to update the message already in Discord.

Multi-Panels

A multi-panel combines several panels into one message with a dropdown menu, instead of multiple buttons. It is the tidy option when you have several categories. Choose at least two existing panels to include. For each, you can set a label, description, and emoji (custom emojis use the <:name:id> format). The builder preview’s dropdown is interactive, so you can click through every option before deploying.

Transcripts

A transcript is a full record of a ticket conversation, saved before you delete the channel.
1

Save

In a closed ticket channel, click Transcript. The bot captures up to 2,000 messages.
2

View

Open the Transcripts sub-page to browse, search, and read saved transcripts in a Discord themed viewer.
3

Download

Click Download to save a plain text copy with timestamps, authors, and content.
The viewer reproduces the channel closely: grouped messages, per-message timestamps, attachments and embeds, and bot badges on bot messages.
Transcripts are kept for one year, then deleted automatically. The Expiring Soon stat shows how many will be removed in the next 30 days, so download anything important first. Deleted transcripts cannot be recovered.
