Moderation brings Discord and Roblox into one place. You can ban, mute, warn, and kick from a single dashboard, and actions sync across platforms. Open Roblox > Moderation in the sidebar.

Statistics

Four clickable stats filter the activity feed: Total Bans, Total Mutes, Total Warnings, and Total Kicks. You can also filter by platform: All, Discord, or Roblox.

Action types

Create an action

1

New action

Click Create Action or the plus button. To pick a known member first, use Browse Members (see below).
2

Pick the type and target

Choose Ban, Mute, Warn, or Kick, and enter the Discord or Roblox ID (or select a member via Browse Members so the ID and username are filled in for you).
3

Fill in the details

Set the platform (Discord, Roblox, or Both), a reason, a duration for mutes and bans, and optional evidence. When you pick Both, the linked Roblox ID is required so the action can be applied on each side.
4

Confirm

Bans, kicks, and permanent actions ask for a confirmation showing the target, action, and duration. Submit and it appears in the activity feed.

Durations

Leave the duration blank for a permanent action, or enter a number followed by a unit: A bare number is read as minutes (30 = 30 minutes). Invalid durations are rejected with an error rather than being silently changed, so a typo can never turn into the wrong punishment length. Timed actions expire automatically.

Browse members

Click Browse Members to open a searchable, scrollable picker:
  • Discord members — search by name, ID, or linked Roblox username, with a “Verified only” toggle. Verified members show a link badge.
  • Roblox ID — enter a Roblox ID (or username) to resolve the account, preview its avatar and name, and see whether it is linked to a Discord user in your server.
Selecting a member opens the Create Action dialog with the target already filled in, so you never act on a raw, unverified ID by mistake.

User lookup

Search any user to open their moderation profile: active punishments, full history, totals, and quick action buttons. The profile also gathers their tickets, applications, and appeals, so you have the full picture before you act.

Cross-platform sync

When you act on Both platforms:
  1. The user is moderated on Discord.
  2. The action syncs to all connected Roblox games.
  3. If the user is in-game, they are kicked.
  4. Unbans and unmutes sync back across platforms too.

Roblox moderation setup

Configure how Roblox moderation runs under Settings > General > Roblox Moderation.
Real-time sync with instant bans and kicks. Requires the Technified module or Roblox integration in your game.

Best practices

  • Always include a reason, and add evidence when you have it.
  • Keep punishments consistent: the same offense should get the same response.
  • Scale the response to the offense, from a warning for a minor first slip up to a permanent ban for extreme cases.
  • For major offenses, ban on both platforms. For platform-specific issues, keep it to one.
