Staff status list
Every staff member with their live status: an online indicator, current game, weekly hours, sessions this week, and when they were last active. Click a member to open their full profile.
Leaderboard
Rank staff by hours over Today, This Week, This Month, or All Time. The top members show their rank, hours, sessions, and moderation actions, with arrows for rank changes.
Recent sessions
The last sessions across your games, showing the staff member, game, duration, time, and whether the session is active or ended.
How tracking works
Using the data
- Performance reviews: check standings and consistency over time.
- Spotting issues: find staff who are consistently absent or trending down.
- Recognition: acknowledge top performers and milestones.
Consider timezones, LOAs, and role differences before comparing members. Quality of moderation matters as much as raw hours.
