General settings cover the core of how your server behaves: how members verify, what roles and nicknames they get, what gets logged, and how Roblox moderation runs. Open Settings > General in the sidebar.

Verification provider

Deprecated. Choosing a verification provider is no longer supported and will be removed in an upcoming update. New servers should use the standard Technified verification.
Choose how members verify their Roblox account. You can switch providers at any time. With Bloxlink, members who are already verified there do not need to verify again. Technified picks up their existing link.

Verification roles

1

Verified role

The role given to members who link their Roblox account. Pick any Discord role.
2

Unverified role

The role given to members who have not verified yet. It is removed once they verify.

Nickname format

Control how verified members are renamed.

Custom format variables

For example, {roblox_display} | {group_rank} becomes John | Moderator.

Logging

Send an audit trail of server events to a Discord channel.
1

Enable logging

Toggle logging on and pick a log channel. The bot needs permission to send messages there.
2

Choose events

Select which event groups are logged.
Event groups include moderation (bans, mutes, warnings, kicks), appeals, applications, and staff and other events (strikes, leaves of absence, verification, configuration changes).

Registered games

View and manage the Roblox games connected to your server. Each game shows its name and ID, connection status, and last sync time. You can edit a game’s settings or remove the connection. Games are usually added during setup or Roblox moderation configuration.

Roblox moderation

Pick how bans and mutes reach your games.
Real-time sync over a WebSocket connection. Instant bans and player kicks. Requires the Technified module (or Roblox integration) in your game.

Data management

Download a JSON file with all your settings, bindings, and forms. Use it for backups, migrating to another server, or troubleshooting.
Restore from a JSON backup. Review the changes, then confirm.
Importing overwrites your current settings.
