Account Manager

The Account Manager is your personal hub for managing your Roblox verifications across all Discord servers that use Technified. It’s designed for members who want to control their verification status, not for server administrators.

What is the Account Manager?

The Account Manager shows you every Discord server you’re a member of that uses Technified. From here, you can:
  • Verify your Roblox account on any server
  • View which servers you’re currently verified on
  • Remove your verification from specific servers
  • Update your Roblox username verification
The Account Manager is for your verifications as a member. If you’re looking to manage server settings, use the Server Dashboard instead.

Your Profile

At the top of the Account Manager, you’ll see your Discord profile:
  • Discord Avatar & Username — Your Discord identity
  • Verification Badge — Shows if you’re globally verified with your Roblox username
  • Logout Button — Sign out of the dashboard

Global Verification Status

When you verify your Roblox account on any server, you become “globally verified.” This means:
  • Your Roblox account is linked to your Discord account
  • You can add this verification to other servers with one click
  • No need to re-enter your Roblox username each time
  • Your verification status is synced across all servers where you use it

Server List

The Account Manager displays all your Discord servers that have Technified installed. Each server card shows:

Server Information

  • Server Icon — The server’s logo/avatar
  • Server Name — Full name of the Discord server
  • Verification Status — Your current status on this server

Verification Status Types

Active on this server (Green)
  • You’re verified on this server
  • Your Roblox username is displayed
  • You have access to verified-only channels and features

Managing Your Verifications

Reverify

If your Roblox username has changed or you want to refresh your verification:
  1. Find a server where you’re verified
  2. Click Reverify
  3. Your verification status will be refreshed
This updates your group memberships, ranks, and Discord roles based on current Roblox data. To remove your verification from a specific server:
  1. Find the server where you want to remove verification
  2. Click Unlink
  3. Confirm the action
Important:
  • If you’re verified on multiple servers, unlinking removes verification from just that server
  • If it’s your only verified server, this removes your global verification entirely
  • You’ll need to verify again from scratch if you unlink from all servers

Searching and Filtering

Search Servers

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find servers:
  • Type any part of the server name
  • Results filter in real-time
  • Case-insensitive search

Filter by Status

Use the dropdown menu to filter servers:
  • All — Show every server you’re in with Technified
  • Verified — Only servers where you’re currently verified
  • Available — Servers where you can add your global verification
  • Unverified — Servers where you haven’t verified yet

Understanding Global Verification

How It Works

When you verify your Roblox account the first time:
  • Technified creates a link between your Discord ID and Roblox username
  • This link is stored securely and privately
  • You can use this link across any server with Technified

Benefits

Convenience

  • Verify once, use everywhere
  • No need to remember which servers you’ve verified on
  • Instant verification on new servers

Consistency

  • Your Roblox identity is consistent across all servers
  • Role updates sync automatically when you reverify
  • Server admins see the same verified Roblox account

Control

  • You control which servers have access to your verification
  • Remove verification from specific servers anytime
  • Update your username globally with one reverify action

Privacy

  • Your verification link is private to you
  • Server admins cannot see your verification on other servers
  • You can unlink from any server at any time
  • Technified doesn’t share your verification data between servers

Troubleshooting

If a server doesn’t show up in your Account Manager:
  • Confirm the server has Technified installed
  • Check that you’re actually a member of the server
  • Try refreshing the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R)
  • Log out and log back in to refresh your server list
