Getting Started with Technified
Welcome to Technified, the complete System solution for Roblox community management. This guide will help you get up and running in minutes.What is Technified?
Technified is a useful System that bridges your Discord server with your Roblox community. It provides seamless verification, role management, staff tracking, and automated moderation tools, all designed to enhance your server’s experience.Key Features

Step 1: Add Technified to Your Server
To get started, you’ll need to invite Technified to your Discord server.- Visit the Technified Dashboard
- Click Login in the top right
- Head to the Dashboard and click on Add to your Server
- Authorize the application to join your selected server
- After heading back to the dashboard, your server should appear
You need Administrator permissions to access the Server Configuration section of the dashboard.
Step 2: Configure Basic Settings
Once Technified is added to your server, it’s time to configure the basics.Access Server Settings
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Select your server from the list
- Click Server Settings
General Configuration
In the General section, you’ll configure core verification settings:- Verified Role — Select which role to assign when a member completes verification
- Unverified Role — Optional role for unverified members
- Roblox Username Display — Automatically update member nicknames to their Roblox username
Step 3: Set Up Role Bindings
Role bindings automatically assign Discord roles based on Roblox group membership and ranks.Create Your First Binding
- Go to Server Settings → Role Bindings
- Click Add Binding

Fill in the binding details:
- Roblox Group ID — Your group’s ID (found in the group URL)
- Minimum Rank — Lowest rank that qualifies for the role
- Maximum Rank — Highest rank that qualifies (optional)
- Discord Role — Which role to assign
- Click Save
Example Binding
Let’s say you have a Roblox group with these ranks:- Rank 1: Guest
- Rank 50: Member
- Rank 100: Moderator
- Rank 255: Owner
- Ranks 1-49 →
@Guestrole - Ranks 50-99 →
@Memberrole - Ranks 100-254 →
@Moderatorrole - Rank 255 →
@Ownerrole
Step 4: Enable Group Management (Optional)
For advanced group management features, connect your Roblox groups to Technified.Add Group Credentials
- Navigate to Server Settings → Group Binds
- Click Add Group
- Enter your Group ID
- Provide a Roblox Open Cloud API Key (for API access)
- Click Save

Step 5: Set Up Staff Tracking (optional)
Track your staff team’s activity in your Roblox games automatically.Enable Tracking
- Go to Server Settings → Tracking
- Click View Setup Guide for integration instructions
- Get the Technified Tracker Loader in your Roblox game
- Configure your API key and Discord Server ID in the Loader
Configure Staff Roles
- Navigate to Staff Management
- Click Add Staff Role

Configure criteria:
- Discord Role — Which Discord role identifies staff
- Roblox Group & Rank — Or identify by Roblox group rank
- Permission Level — Access level for dashboards and management
- Click Create
View Activity
Once configured, visit the Activity Dashboard to see:- Ongoing session tracking
- Play time statistics
Organization
- Clear role names — Use descriptive names for roles linked to bindings
- Document your setup — Keep notes on which bindings control which roles
- Test changes — Use a test account to verify new bindings before going live
- Consistent naming — Use a consistent naming scheme for similar bindings
Performance
- Optimize bindings — Avoid overlapping rank ranges in different bindings
- Limit API calls — Don’t spam group management commands (may lead to rate limiting)
- Monitor logs — Check staff activity logs regularly for unusual patterns
Member Experience
- Verification instructions — Create a welcome channel with clear verification steps
- Role colors — Use distinct colors for important roles
- Announcement channels — Set up channels for rank updates and important changes
